Processing Times
Processing time is the time taken to make the item once we receive your order. Our items are handmade and therefore have different processing times. Please contact us before placing an order if you have any queries on processing time.
- Mini, small and medium wall hangings typically created within 2-3 days.
- Large, X-Large wall hanging are typically created within 1 weeks.
- XX-Large wall hangings are typically created within 1-2 weeks.
- Custom orders we will work with you on the processing time at time of discussing the requirements.
Delivery Times
Deliveries can take between 2 - 14 days to arrive after the processing time this depends on the method of delivery and where your item is being shipped to in the world. We are not responsible for delays in the delivery of the item and sometimes things happen. If your item hasn't turned up within 30 days of the despatch date please contact us at shop@wearelunarium.com and we will look at options such as further tracking, a replacement or a refund.
UK Delivery Information
All items for the UK have free shipping and use Royal Mail or EVRI. Where possible we try to package multiple items together.
International Delivery Information
All items for the rest of the world use free shipping from Royal Mail or another provider such as UPS or EVRI. Where possible we try to package multiple items together.
International Customs, VAT and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs, VAT and import taxes that may apply, we ship all international orders as delivered duties unpaid (DDU). We Are Lunarium Ltd is not responsible for delays due to customs or for payment of those charges.
US Tariffs
All items for US customers are delivered duties paid to ease them through customs.
