Processing Times

All items are handmade to order and can take up to two weeks to make.

Delivery Times

Deliveries can take between 2 - 14 days to arrive after the processing time this depends on the method of delivery and where your item is being shipped to in the world.

UK Delivery Information

All items for the UK have free shipping and use Royal Mail 2nd class.

Rest of the World Delivery Information

All items for the rest of the world use International Tracked normally from Royal Mail or another provider such as UPS or EVRI. Price depends on the weight of your item(s). Where possible we try to package multiple items together. 

Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We Are Lunarium Ltd is not responsible for delays due to customs or for payment of those charges.
